Where CISA's dollars actually go.

CISA as recorded in the public spending feed — obligations by fiscal year and the largest contract awards. The execution side of the topline: what the money becomes once it's obligated.

How CISA is isolated

CISA does not appear as its own awarding office in the public spending feed — its contracts are awarded through the Department's shared-services Office of Procurement Operations, which also buys for headquarters and other components. CISA is therefore isolated by its own Treasury appropriation accounts, which map directly to the appropriations on the budget page. The in-progress fiscal year is partial.
