FY2025 Actuals reflect direct obligations reported by the Governmentwide Treasury Account Symbol (GTAS) system and include ~$1.2B of Superfund tax receipts inside the Hazardous Substance Superfund line; FY2026 and FY2027 exclude the Superfund tax receipts. IIJA and IRA supplemental funding levels are excluded from all figures. Totals may not add because of source rounding (reconciled within ±2K, flagged on the methodology page).
